Crushed Stretch Velvet Dress - dark blue/red, asymmetric waist, size 12-14

This crushed velvet dress makes a statement when you walk into a room. The dress can be worn on its own or over leggings. It has an asymmetric waist and two discreet side pockets. The 3/4 sleeves have a lovely red grosgrain ribbon detail that accents the red color in the fabric. The back of the dress has two detached blue grosgrain ribbons.
