I wore this under a sequined duster (see other listing) for a holiday party last year. The cowl neck is well made- see photos for the interior of the drape. Only wore once! Length- Adjustable straps- so I gave the measurement from the beginning of the strap to the bottom of the top- 25” and then add whatever length you need with the strap. Pit to pit 26”
