Crushed-velvety dark blue &black dress w/ sleeves

This dress feels soft like crushed velvet and has a lot of bounce to it. Has a black lining underneath. Never worn, new with tags, stored in my smoke free home. Clean. I bought this to wear to a special event that I wasn’t able to attend after all and then I change sizes. Really bummed that I never got to wear it! Torrid size 1.
