Crystal Doll Chiffon Maxi Dress

Navy blue with fuschia and peach flowers. V-beck with criss cross bodice. Elastic at the waist and tie back. This has an extra overlay that makes the shirt look fuller. Shorter lining shirt underneath (hard to photograph but I tried)
