Crystal Doll Strappy Navy Blue Formal Dress

NWOT bought from Von Maur and ended up never wearing it. Has a strappy, open back and side slit with ruffles. The fabric has a shine, and the dress is fully lined. Chest has padded cups. Because it's moved between houses a couple times, there are a few snags around the bust area/the front. One photo shows the snags. Because the color is dark, though, they're barely noticeable. No issues otherwise. Price reflects the snags.
