This dish is actually the bottom of a vintage "powder dish." In the 1950s, it came with a Silver or Clear Glass top and was sold as a "power dish" or a trinket/jewelry dish. Unfortunately, this dish has lost its top. But the cut star in the bottom and the ribbed effect on the sides make this a beautiful accent bowl that could be used for so many things!
