Cubic Zirconia Silver M initial pendant new

Cubic zirconia brand new initial pendant featuring “M” purchased at Belk department store for 25$. Never been worn. I’ve had it for a little over a year but never used. Upon examination, the clasp seems off. You’ll notice in pic 3 the chain remains open, you have to force the clasp shut. Ill include the 18 in chain but truthfully you probably just want the new pendant which can go on several chains (see last pic for pendant opening from sides) . “M“ is 0.5 inches tall and shiny/new
