Cupcake Black & White Striped Skirt

Black & White Striped skirt. Size medium. Stretchy elastic waistband detailed with zip closure in the back. Purchased from Francesca's boutique. It's absolutely stunning & quite detailed. Meant to be worn a bit higher on waist. Approx length is 19.5 inches. Elastic waistband has quite a bit of stretch to it but I measured it lying flat from side to side.
