NWOT Cupcakes and Cashmere long sleeve wrap dress. Burgundy with white floral print all over. Wrap style. V neck. Sleeves are a little puffed. Ruffle hem. Fully lined. Elastic waistband for some stretch. 100% polyester. Size XS. New condition; I removed the tags but it has never been worn. Measurements are approximate and taken while laying flat.
