Cure Petites Blue blouse

this cute blouse has a tie down the bottom of the front and elastic around the neckline. it is supposed to sit further out on the shoulders which is why having the elastic helps. the sleeves aren't exactly short or three quarter length they are in between and have ruffle flares. it is lightweight and comfortable and has a slight waffle muslin texture. 97% polyester 3% spandex. no flaws. see pictures for approx measurements
