"V"neckline with shirring at the shoulders and short flutter sleeves. Center front seam on bodice and shirring at the back neckline. Elastic waist with small ruffle. Two tiered A-line skirt with another small ruffle between tiers. Straight hem. Lining in the skirt until about knee length. 100% Polyester self and 100% polyester lining.
