Current Air Frayed wide leg cropped jeans with released hem size 28

these are a mid-high rise wide leg cropped pants in a medium blue color. my pants have some intentional distressing on the front as shown in photos. the material is 76% cotton 24% polyester so there is little to no stretch, however these pants are incredibly soft! I love these pants but they just ran too large for me. I'm typically a 26 in jeans and have more muscular legs with a smaller waist. These jeans are listed as size S but the flat measurements are closer to size 28-30 in jeans. please see photos for additional measurements!
