larissacrossley @laurenmk1 yes, they are definitely a little baggy. I have thicker thighs and butt compared to my waist, so they would be baggier on a different body type!

laurenmk1 @larissacrossley can you tell me measurements straight across top please? I have these in a 28 and they are really baggy so I'm thinking these should be perfect. they also losen up a lot after wearing so just want to be sure
