Current/Elliott Pencil Skirt--stretch, low on hips

Waist, 16 inches (so it sits low on hips); length, 18 inches. Very stretchy, very sexy, very comfortable. Classy -- hits just above the knee. Worn only once or twice, simply because my style is really maxi skirts. My purchasing error...your gain. (This is a wonderful sexy little skirt.)
