@@HI ITS KAY they said they need to send me a return request!!!!! so they are not going to refund my money!!!! I cant use our other way of communicating we have used up our limit !!!

@wileykay70 did you accept the item? if not, tell them what you've written to me and they should release the payment to you. I haven't gotten anything in my balance, so you should still get it back. I have written to them three times. Just wrote them back again. Doing all I can.

@wileykay70 here is an idea, just do the return request and ship an empty box, it costs you nothing, then just keep the money. I wasn't worried about the money like you assumed, I don't want anyone to be unhappy because of shoes or money. I'll write back once I have heard back from the Poshmark support team too.

@they stated that a buyer can not just send back a item because it does not fit or they decided they don't want the item

@wileykay70 didn't you tell them how you felt the description did not match what you got? that is a valid reason to get refunded and I absolutely felt horrible that you were so upset.

@if I do the return request I have to wait for them to send the shipping label to me after I do the 7 steps they want me to do I have to find the message they sent me to do the list of steps so they will send me the shipping label

so yes, just have them send you label, and compete the process. I want you to just keep the shoes, so they may need to track that a box has arrived to me to release funds.

also, as soon as I hear back from them, maybe they can just give you funds without sending. they will listen to you, buyer is always right.

here is what it says on Posh Protect Page:
When you make a purchase on Poshmark, we don't release payment to the seller until you tell us you've received your order as described.

You have 3 days after delivery to inform us if the item has been misrepresented by reporting the problem in the Poshmark app or website with supporting photos. If we verify your claim, we'll send you a label to return the order to the seller and refund your payment. All returns must be shipped back within 5 days of approval to be eligible for a refund.

send me your email that is linked to pay pall and I'll send you money. however Poshmark takes 10 bucks, so would you be fine with $40 back? and you keep shoes.

@wileykay70 I really appreciate your concern for me, but at this point I want you to be happy. I truly don't mind if it hurts my Poshmark seller status, I'm not doing it for money, and after this experience will probably quit Poshmark. I felt so bad, and with everyone going on in my life, it's not worth it.
Once you hear from Poshmark let me know, I will do the same. you'll get your money and keep the shoes.

@i heard from them at 4 26 afternoon they stated order was canceled because boots not as described ITS been taken care of they refunded my money back to my bank account
