This cake plate is Currier & Ives Blue "Getting Ice" made by Royal China Co., Sebring, Ohio, USA. This plate DOES NOT have the Royal China Co. backstamp. The plate is a 10-1/2" round, creamy-white plate with blue scene in the center. It has a raised scalloped rim. It is conventional and microwave oven approved and dishwasher safe. This pattern has been discontinued and was made between 1950-1970. This Currier & Ives cake plate is pre-owned and in very good condition - no chips, cracks or crazing.
