ice1103 @kn4122 Sorry, my phone was down. Yes, 15” arm pit to arm pit laying flat. 23” shoulder to crotch laying flat. The fabric does stretch another inch or two.

ice1103 @kn4122 It has pants underneath. I can add a photo. I don’t have a photo of anyone wearing it. I purchased it at a skating dress sale for a show, but it is too small for me. It runs more like an adult medium.

kn4122 @ice1103 gotcha! Thank you! Is the shoulder to hem measurement from the top of the strap or the armpit area? Sorry if that doesn’t make sense. I’m just trying to see if it will be too long on me
