Curvy Relaxed Denim Shorts in Cedarcroft Wash

Reposhing this item I purchased from @elizabeth1205. Loved it, just too big for my daughter! See pics for measurements - the size tag says 28 but when I looked it up on madewell website it looks to be a size 31? Please verify with your own measurements and ask if any questions. Questions?
