19" across the chest from armhole to armhole; 32" length. It fits loosely like a tunic, and can be worn as a short dress with tights. But it will not fit someone with a larger chest. I'm a B-cup and it fits but I just never wore it.

Yes, it has little pockets. But I don't think you should use them because it would not help with the shape/drape. They're decorative with little shirring. So cute.
