@mg63460 aw ya I guess there's really no way in know how it would fit because it was originally altered from a 12. All I know is that I lost 25 lbs from the time I had to wear it and I was 5'6.. 120lbs with a 36d bust! It really is the prettiest dress so I hope you find it!

@baileyraeh15 is there any way you could add a picture of the seam to show how much excess fabric is there? I was going to have to let the hips out about a half an inch or so... just curious if this is still possible after your alterations

@mg63460 I added A picture but it's really hard to tell so I went ahead and called my dress store that did the alterations to make sure.. she told me that because the dress has so many beautiful layers that any decent tailor could add fabric that won't be seen underneath.. I told her that you tried the 8 on and it fit perfectly.. she said the only thing you may have to do is add ups into the bust.. not sure that that helps
