bonniemegan Is the brief part high covering the belly button or lower? Does the front of the skirt twirl or is it gathered to stay in place? Thank you

nataleejoy @bonniemegan it does not cover the belly button. It is fit like a standard brief. The skirt is gathered. Some movement but not a twirl. My daughter danced to a Celine Dion lyrical ballad and had lots of turns, jumps and leg extensions. Costume moved beautifully
