The dress fits a 2-4 and works well for my TALL gals. The dress is still easily customizable though. There is a tulle skirt underneath that gives it some flair but can be easily removed. I paid 1000 for it include shipping and then had it taken in more. Price is FIRM Also to note: because of the sequins the zipper is tough to get up so you will need 2 people to help but it does go up.
