Custom Beauty & Beast stained glass fabric dress

Never been worn! Bought for a Disney trip but trip was cancelled. This custom girls dress size 6 has straps that go over the shoulders to a connector piece to form a bow tie in the back. The bodice has a sweetheart neckline. The skirt is flown.The bottom of the back also has elastic in it to make it a secure fit. Comes with a matching hair bow.
