Custom Costume Steampunk Ringmaster

This is a one of a kind original piece! It has a corseted back to adjust for a curve flattering fit! And a ruffled skirt made out of layered netting, satin, and lace. The under leotard is made out of stretch velvet and has matching belle sleeves. This outfit also includes a quality Satin Top Hat with ruffled detailing to match the skirt and sleeve.
