Custom designed and crafted in 14-karat white gold and 18-karat yellow gold with a large round faceted black spinel center stone and round brilliant cut black diamonds in the eye (patch) of the skulls. Finger size is a 10.0 however it is a blank bottom so it can be sized. Item weight is approximately 23.6 grams
