OOAK custom dyed lined tulle skirt with high/ low mermaid style hem. The lining is a dark brown and the tulle fabric is a mauve/tan color, giving a lovely dimensional effect. The dye covered up info on brand/size tag, but it is size medium. Approximate measurements 30" top to bottom in front, 38 " top to bottom in back, waist 15.5" laid flat (waistband is elastic).
