Custom Dyed Spinning Skirt

This skirt was custom made by Painted Lady Clothiers which is sadly no longer in business. Very high quality materials and dye work. 25 yard hem. Adjustable waist. Colors are blue green lime yellow with some purple by the hem. Worn once.
