Custom Fernando Wong Gown

Red Fernando Wong pageant train dress worn only two times: once for a pageant where I won the crown and an award, and once for a gala, where I also won an award. This dress has a halter neckline and a train silhouette. The fabric has no stretch. I'm 5'7" and wore 4” heels. It can also be worn for a military ball or black tie event of any kind.
