She is a vintage Leslie Fay Shift Dress from the mid-60s to early 70s based on her Union Made label. The detailed pleating around the sleeves and collar are exquisitely done, and the button back closures are fully functional. There isn't a readable fabric tag on her, but my best guess is a linen blend - perfect for summer and very sturdy yet breathable. Hand embroidered on the front hem, you have a beautiful mermaid goddess greeting a butterfly friend. 🦋 She is tagged a size vintage 8, so I would say she is best for a modern sized Small or Medium.
