They say their shoes are HANDMADE.the only handmade part of it is that the hello kitty and the bows are terribly put on stickers that could come off and there's more I had to order it THREE TIMES before actually getting the shoe I probably got them 3 months later I would but them then they would cancel my order BUT when I finally got them they were a size FOUR I ordered a size SIX AND A HALF those were COMPLETELY DIFFERENT sizes
