laviniahairston How long is the skirt? Does it have a zipper or elastic waistband? How many inches is the waist zipped or not stretched? What are the armpit to armpit and shoulder seam to shoulder seam measurements?

laviniahairston Thanks for the update. When you measure, let me know if the skirt length includes the train or is it 42.5 inches from the waistband to the ankle.
