Custom made off floral and shiny fabric. Lined and comes with a fabric belt. Worn once years ago when I was skinny (45kg), excellent condition, very unique dress. The fit will be better on skinny or petite girls. Perfect for junior proms, birthdays for young girls/teens/teenagers. The bust is 16 inches. From neckline to belt area is 11 inches.
