No fabric or size tag, seems to be custom made like at design school , no shoulder padding, check your measurements could be L or XL, 2 front pockets, fabric feels like thin cotton, color is aqua with light green almost yellow thread used for quilting look and inside is same yellowish green color fabric with quilted look. 4 big buttons with loop closure.
