Custom Made Unique Pink Pearl Pleated Blouse Tie in Back Peplum Puffy Sleeves

Very cool custom made tunic style blouse. Fabric is a pearly pink almost taffeta feel. Scoop neck. 3/4 length sleeves have an elastic band for added interest and flair giving them a puffy look. Wide pleats below waist to hem. Peplum with self ties in back. Mint condition. I’m guessing this to be a large to XL. Total length-25” Sleeve length-17” Shoulder to shoulder-17” Bust seam to seam-25” Waist seam to seam-25.5” Hips seam to seam-28”
