Flawless custom tea midi-dress in a retro Edwardian style. Chiffon scarf around hipline, crosses over shoulder in back to drape around neck. Tailored in black sateen with dropped waist, the full pleated skirt has side pockets. A large black dahlia pin at the hip secures the scarf/sash--pin can be moved to reconfigure the look.
