Custom made Ty Murray black cowboy hat. Size 55 | 6 7/8. This was made for me about 10 years ago but I never had an occasion to wear it. Great condition except for one tiny white spot on the underside of the brim. I just want it to go to someone who will really enjoy it and wear it. 😀

kmhp68 Hi! Thank you replying. I’m not trying to be “a know it all” but that’s the skin/pelts primarily used by milliners for hats that can withstand roughed treatment. Wool and cotton hats just don’t hold up over time.

kmhp68 For instance, Abe Lincoln’s hat is a 30x beaver and it’s still in decent shape, and one of Annie Oakley’s hats is a 10x beaver. A 10x hat today sells for about $700-800 hundred dollars. A wool hat or less is worth between $20-$40. If you’re interested in selling your hat for $30, just let me know. Thank you, Kelly
