Custom Vintage Skirt

EUC adorable pleated tennis style skirt that has been altered by me to have a sailor/ nautical vibe and is now one of a kind. The gold anchor buttons are vintage as well but “new” to this skirt. Gold mesh trim peaks at the hem and finished off with a denim bow. The size is vintage 10- see pics for measurements. Probably closer to a 6 current size. ModCloth vibe, pin up style
