Custom Winter snowball Cocktail Dress - Worn once

Gorgeous and intricately detailed cocktail dress. Worn once during one of my outfit changes I had during my senior picture photoshoot. It is absolutely stunning. Tag improperly states a size 11/12 but it is truly a size 2-4. The top part measures 15.5. Inches across(where the breasts are at) and narrows down to 13 inches across until it eventually poofs out. still have the professional pix if anyone would like to see this dress modeled.
