Bell bottomed flared jeans are coming back in style! But they are oh, so expensive. I made my own for a fraction of that price, and can make yours too. You provide the jeans- any style color, etc. pick your fabric, or provide your own. Will take 2 days to complete. Then can be picked up or shipped back. Prices vary- starting at $20 plus fabric cost, plus shipping - minus fabric cost if you provide your own.
