sirshoppington Such a bummer your event was cancelled bc they’re really cool. Can the glitter paint be removed to bring the heels back to the original wood underneath? Or is it permanent? If it is, do you think the heels could be painted over the glitter paint in order to make the heels the same color? Thanks 🙏

sirshoppington Just as a side note...I looked at your closet and we have the exact same taste. I gabdd we over 300 pairs of platforms shoes and boots...A ton of Jeffrey Campbell, also a bunch of current mood, yru, dollskill, killstar, well...you get the idea. In fact, I’m actually friendly with Charla (of Charla Tedrick shoes), so I have bought a bunch of her creations, too. So sad she closed up her shop last week. Anyway... It’s nice to find another platform loving kindred spirit like yourself. 🖤

zonbiegrl71 @laladhumphrey yes blk/white striped. Black with little spikes the ones on them and I believe Polk a dot. There are also chains that go in the back of them that hang down. I have to find them. I think they’re prolly in my Mom’s Jewlery box

zonbiegrl71 @sirshoppington all you’d have to do is lightly sand them and use a stain to bring them back or even paint them black if you wanted to. I did same thing to a pair of DK boots. They came back looking really nice.
