Custom, hand-made high-low dress in iridescent blue that shimmers like a mermaid

This dress was custom sewn for my daughter’s wedding which ended up not happening. It is a beautiful high-low dress which shimmers and shines like a mermaid! The dress has never been worn and has been stored safely in a closet. It has the hanging loops for safe hanging. It is lined with a nice light fabric and has sewn-in “busks”; long thin flat pieces sewn into casings along the bodice to maintain stiffness and support. It is sized as a medium to fit a 34” chest and 29-30” waist. Slips over the head… no zippers.
