Custom made Long sleeve with hoodie.

I had this shirt made from a childrens orphanage in Guatemala. The kids make the pockets while a non-profit sells all the shirts. The shirt is super soft idk the material, all the shirt says is medium. I love this long sleeve hoodie but I'm moving into large shirts so I need to let someone else enjoy it.
