Custom made Low Back Black & White Mermaid Dress

Black and white custom “Love” word Dress with Black Tulle at the bottom. I wore this once to an event and the tulle ripped. This garment was custom made by my tailor in NYC. it was a plain dress and I wanted to give it a little flare. So we cut the back and added the tulle. The tulle can be cut off with a razor or fabric trimmer if you prefer just the dress. This garment is in Good condition with a slight slit in the tulle which is shown in the pictures.
