Custom made mini dress

Beautiful light blue dress with Swarovski crystals completely CUSTOM made. Received so many compliments!! I chose the fabric color and design from an A-exclusive book at a local boutique so it was expensive but the quality shows it. It is super unique and special. I wore it for my engagement party and although I never wore it again, it can be worn to any special event. It has been dry cleaned. There is also a double zipper on the top part for more support since it’s strapless.
