Custom made pageant dress

This pageant dress is fabulous! Excellent used condition. It was custom made for my daughter. She wore it from ages 2-4. I am not a seamstress so not quite sure how to measure this but here goes! Waistline on tutu should fit waist up to 22 inches. It's super full with 3 layers. Bodice is measuring 26 inches from edge to edge. Shoulder to waist measures approximately 13 inches. You won't be disappointed!
