sofiyapankiv29 @jmsobja12 the stains that you see on the leather is the snake skin oil. I asked manufacturers and they said that this is a natural process the only one reason you can see it, it’s because the color I choose is very light. If I ordered bag in a dark color, the skin oil would not be visible. That’s the only defect. No scratches no smell no signs of wear. Zippers works perfect
