Hand made tulle skirt, created with 100 yards of pink and black tulle. Outfit fits girls 4T or 5T, top is a 4T with hand made ribbon and tulle bow. Headband includes and flower removes easily from band. I make these custom so if you would like another color you may provide desired colors at purchase.
