Custom strapless blue formal dress

This is a custom a formal dress. The color is a beautiful sky blue. The dress is made with chiffon. Because the dress is custom, it was made for a size 0 with a 32a bust even though due to built in cups, a 32b would fit as well. Worn once! Offers accepted!
