Custom tailored navy gown

This dress was from a boutique tailored from an XL to what would be considered a Small. My dress size is Small or 4 in most cases. The crystal belt was purchased separately and sewed on:)! The only flaw as pictured are the slight snags from when I bent down too far and the belt got it. It’s truly not noticeable. make an offer !:) it’s a one of a kind ! I’d also like to note that it has a slight train on the back
