Custom tailored skirt from film industry, size 10ish

Beautifully detailed black skirt from wardrobe department for film industry. No label. Custom made. Fully lined. I purchased the skirt in about 1995 & never wore. I just admired the craftsmanship. Length is mid calf. Very high quality fabric that appears to be a blend of possibly wool and/or linen.
